Zucchini Drop Cookies

Cream –

½ cup shortening (Crisco)
1 ¼ cups sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Add –
 
2 cups flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cloves
½ cup nuts
1 cup grated zucchini

Mix all ingredients
Shape into balls about the size of a walnut
Bake at 375 for 12 – 15 minutes
