Cinco de Mayo Featured Drink
TEQUILA SUNRISE
Ingredients
1 oz. Jose Cuervo Especial
.5 oz. grenadine
3 oz. orange juice
1 slice orange
Preparation
Fill a glass halfway with ice
Add Jose Cuervo Especial, grenadine, and orange juice
Stir well Garnish with orange slice
Horse Racing Featured Drink
THE CROWN OF ROSES
Ingredients
1 oz. Crown Royal
.5 oz. amaretto liqueur
1 oz. pineapple juice
.25 oz. cranberry juice
3 dashes bitters
1 maraschino cherry
Preparation
Add Crown Royal, amaretto liqueur, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and bitter
Shake with ice for approximately 15 seconds
Strain into chilled cocktail glass Garnish with maraschino cherry
