 Whackie Cake

3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon soda
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons coco
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons vanilla
¾ cups of salad oil
2 cups of water

Mix well – preheat oven to 350 degrees
Bake in 9 x 13 greased pan
Top with favorite frosting
