RecipesbyMike.com reserves the right to limit the number of advertisements and all submissions are subject to approval. Billing will be sent via invoice from PayPal, we expect all accounts to be paid promptly.  Billing cycles will run every 6 months, we do not accept monthly accounts.  We do not offer refunds or adjustments on any accounts, should it arise that RecipesbyMike.com website is down due to maintenance or server problems, we will make every attempt to get the site back up in a timely manner.  Situations beyond our control or acts of God will not be considered for refunds or adjustments.

It can be possible that the origin of some of the recipes on this site may have unknowingly been originally from a published recipe book but no intentional attempts have been made to infringe on the copyright laws.
