Ingredients

1.5 oz. Smirnoff Red Label Vodka
.25 oz. Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
.5 oz. pineapple juice
1 splash orange juice
2 slices orange

Preparation

Fill a glass with ice
Add Smirnoff Red Label Vodka, Captain Morgan Parrot Bay Coconut Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and stir well

Garnish with orange slices

 

Ginito

Ingredients

1.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
3 oz. ginger ale
Several crushed mint leaves

Preparation

In a glass with ice
Add mint leaves
Tanqueray London Dry Gin
Top with ginger ale

Grass Skirt

Ingredients

1 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
.5 oz. triple sec
1 oz. pineapple juice
.5 tsp grenadine
1 slice pineapple

Preparation

In a shaker half filled with ice
Add Tanqueray, triple sec, pineapple juice, and grenadine
Shake well, pour into old fashioned glass
Garnish with pineapple slice

California Lemonade

Ingredients

1 oz. Smirnoff Red Label Vodka
.25 oz. Tanqueray London Dry Gin
.25 oz. cognac
.25 oz. grenadine
2 oz. orange juice
1 splash lime juice
1 splash sugar syrup
1 wedge lemon

Preparation

In a shaker
Add Smirnoff, Tanqueray, cognac, grenadine, orange juice, lime juice, and sugar syrup

Shake well
Serve over ice in hurricane glass
Garnish with lemon wedge

ORANGE CRUISER

Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Bulleit Bourbon
.75 oz. mint syrup
.75 oz. pineapple syrup
6 orange slices
4 oz. fresh sweet and sour mix
1 sprig mint

Preparation:

Add Bulleit Bourbon, mint syrup, pineapple syrup, and orange slices
Shake with ice and
Pour (do not strain) into double old-fashioned glass
Add a splash of club soda (optional)
Garnish with mint sprig
